The Scientific Committee is composed of:

Prof. Stefano Goffredo - Department of Biological, Geological and Environmental Sciences of the University of Bologna

Prof. Antonella Penna - Department of Biomolecular Sciences of the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”

Prof. Francesco Regoli - Department of Life and Environmental Sciences of the Marche Polytechnic University

Prof. Trevor J. Willis - Anton Dohrn Zoological Station of Naples

Prof. Gian Marco Luna - Institute for Marine Biological Resources and Biotechnology of the National Research Council (CNR-IRBIM)

The Scientific Committee has the following tasks

to facilitate communication between parties;
coordinate research, collaboration and dissemination activities and monitor of results, approve updates to the Scientific Program and any subsequent joint research activities carried out within the Center;
agree on possible fundraising activities and forms of joint exploitation of the results;
discuss and facilitate the resolution of any problems or conflicts between the parties;
propose updates and additions to be submitted for approval by the parties;
agree on how to use the spaces and services of the Center and propose the contents of the implementation agreement and its subsequent amendments;
evaluate membership requests for the Center;
promote dissemination and communication activities of any kind related to the Center as a whole.
