Associate Professor at the University of Bologna since 2005, where I carry on my research on nutrition and feeding of aquatic animals with particular reference to new protein sources and the development of sustainable and circular feed formulations for sea bream and sea bass. I am also project coordinator or principal investigator for the University of Bologna of European research projects on aquaculture under the Horizon2020 program.
